Submitting an enquiry, completing an audit form or booking a free consultation does not constitute a paid engagement. Free assessments and free audits are preliminary scoping activities and do not constitute full consulting engagements, technical implementation, system design engagements or workflow redesign unless a separate written agreement is accepted.
