Service enquiries and introductory conversations

Submitting an enquiry, completing a systems intake or booking an introductory conversation does not create a paid engagement. The initial conversation establishes fit and scope; it does not include a detailed architecture, audit or implementation plan. Design and development work begins only when scope, responsibilities and terms are agreed in writing.

Formal engagements

A formal engagement begins only when a written proposal, statement of work or agreement has been accepted by both parties.
