InCampaign – A digital marketing platform that provides streamlined campaign management and lead generation for businesses.

Task: Improve website functionality and usability by addressing key issues identified in a CRO audit, optimising mobile responsiveness, resolving technical glitches, and enhancing user experience through new feature implementation. The objective was to create a seamless, efficient, and engaging platform for InCampaign’s users.

Our approach

To enhance InCampaign’s website, we focused on the following key tasks:

CRO Audit Issue Fixes:

Implemented improvements from the audit, including:

  • Created and integrated Hubspot forms for enhanced lead capture.
  • Redesigned the pricing widget for better usability and clarity.
  • Designed two additional forms to streamline user interaction.

Mobile Responsiveness Fixes

Optimized the website to ensure seamless functionality across all devices, enhancing user experience for mobile users.

Technical Fixes for Page Loading Issues

Resolved JavaScript lazy load and cache issues that were preventing pages from fully loading until a user hovered over them, ensuring smooth performance.

New Contact Page Creation

Designed and developed a dedicated Contact Page with intuitive navigation, clear forms, and strategic CTAs to encourage user inquiries.

The Results

  • Improved Lead Capture: The new form with only three essential fields on the homepage increased form submission rates, contributing to higher lead generation.
  • Enhanced Mobile User Experience: Achieved full mobile responsiveness, reducing bounce rates from mobile users.
  • Optimised Page Performance: Resolved technical loading issues preventing form load until hover.
  • Streamlined Communication: The newly created Contact Page simplified user interactions, resulting in increased direct inquiries.
